We'd like to take this opportunity to reimagine Slurp Ramen
The pandemic threw us head first into rapid changes in the way we do business. In exploring best practices, we have had the opportunity to reevaluate how we operate Slurp Ramen.
During our pandemic best practices research, we also learned of a number of improvements that we'd like to make to how we operate Slurp Ramen. In order to facilitate these changes, we have decided to take this opportunity to close on Mondays and Tuesdays during the Fall of 2020. Two consecutive days closed will allow us to be in the restaurant innovating how we do business.
Since February, we have immersed ourselves in best practices and have been implementing changes in order to keep Slurp Ramen as safe as possible for our Guests and Teammates. We are grateful to our M.D. and Ph.D. advisors that helped guide us in March and April, before New York State was able to release their guidelines. Our advisors advice allowed us to alter our operations rapidly and implement safety protocols within days of the shut down and we are confident that we are doing everything in our ability to keep Slurp Ramen as safe as possible during the pandemic.
We have been blessed to be able to stay open throughout the Spring shut down and we are so grateful to everyone who has supported Slurp Ramen during New York on Pause. We can't thank you enough for your support and we appreciate your understanding as we take this time on Tuesdays to make Slurp Ramen even better.
